Biography:

As both a varsity athlete and a person who has struggled to find a balance with healthy eating and regular exercise. I am familiar with many types of training; whether it was to reach performance goals as a football player or achieving weight loss goals later in life.  My educational background and knowledge I have gained and continue to attain helped me get to where I am. I want to take that practical experience and education that I have received over the years to help you reach your objectives, whatever they may be.  Whether you are looking to reach a higher level of athletic performance or shed a few pounds, I have been there and can share my successes and failures.  Using exercise prescriptions that focus on core foundational functional movements we will work together to develop an individualized plan for your success.
