My philosophy as a Personal Trainer is to motivate my clients to reach and maintain their fitness goals by taking the “bottom-up” approach: creating a strong and balanced base. I promote a well-balanced lifestyle because hard work pays off. Many of my clients want to lose weight, tone up, gain strength, improve balance, and work on their core. My primary focus is to strengthen their bodies in relation to their fitness goals for lasting results and longevity. It is important to train for the health of mind, body and spirit. With an extensive background in fitness, I aim to create a training environment that is not only motivational and safe but empowers my clients to stay healthy in their physical, emotional, and social lives.
