I have been working as a personal trainer for over 4 years now, and I have spent the last 16 years doing different types of resistance training and conditioning. I pride myself in having a keen eye for movement, and having the proficiency to identify faulty movement patterns, and the ability to help clients express their own movement potential. The bottom line is that I love helping people move better, overcome barriers, and smash personal goals whether they be; fat loss, muscle building, mobility training, aerobic conditioning etc.
