Yoga & Meditation – Women Only

This easy – paced, quiet class invites you to turn inward and to pay attention.  It is a breath-focused practice that guides you through gentle movement.  The class finishes with meditation which research shows it is effective for anxiety, chronic stress, depression, chronic pain and PTSD.  All levels welcome.

CORE

The CORE is the powerhouse of the body!  We work the body from head to toe using body bars, weights, balls, cords and many more items to work those muscles, tone and tighten the body!  A class designed for everyone.

Core & More

A strategic core based workout incorporating cardio with all the toys, including bands, body bars, weights, bosu’s and more! All levels welcome.

Body Blast

Join us for this body blastin’ workout to boost your energy with periods of rest and recovery in between  your strength, cardio & core training.  A sure hit to start your day!

Easy Flow Yoga

Easy like Sunday mornings.  A gentle yoga class moving from pose to pose to awaken the body and mind.  A variety of modifications will be offered to encourage participation of everyone.  All levels welcome.

Body Shop

A total body workout using a variety of equipment, with low body toning. Great for all levels.

Slow Flow

A full body and mind conditioning yoga class that is mixed levels – accessible and highly enjoyable to all students who regularly attend Flow Yoga. A strong emphasis on alignment in a compassionate and peaceful space. Poses are taught with variations for a level of students.  Come and flow with everyone!

All Levels Yoga

Combines movement, postures, and breath to work on strength, flexibility, and balance. This all levels class focuses on alignment, and safely learning the basics while more experienced students can take postures to a deeper level.
