These power packed sessions offer a fat burning workout with the assistance of battling ropes, smash balls, super bands and much more! Once you try them, you will be hooked!
Participate in our special charity"Boot camps" which are held 4-5 times per year. With the help of all our talented instructors and trainers, we take everyone through an energy packed 3 hour workout! This is a great way to get a workout in and give to a local charity. |
